PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: August 7, 2025
Last Updated: March 30, 2026
1. Introduction
Provue ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the conversational and audio-creation platform available at https://www.provue.ai and through our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform, including chat messaging, voice calls, audio creation tools, your library, and discovery features.
By using Provue, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Authentication: We use a passwordless login system. We collect your email address and/or phone number to send One-Time Passwords (OTP) for authentication. We do not store passwords.
Chat Messages: Text-based messages you send when conversing with agents on the platform.
Audio Creation Inputs: To generate audio, you may provide:
Text prompts or scripts you type.
Uploaded files (PDF, TXT, and other document formats) for context.
Third-party links (e.g., YouTube, news articles) you paste for processing.
Generated Content: Audio files created by our Service based on your inputs.
User Preferences: Preferences, settings, and other information you explicitly provide to personalize your experience.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage and Behavioral Data: Interactions with chat, calls, audio creation, and discovery features, including session frequency, feature usage patterns, time spent in conversations, and navigation behavior. This data is used to personalize your experience and improve the Service.
Call Data: When you use voice calls, we store the audio content of your calls along with metadata such as call duration and timestamps. Call recordings are retained to ensure user safety, maintain service quality, and resolve disputes. Call recordings are stored securely and are private to your account.
Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and network information.
2.3 Memory and Personalization
Provue uses a memory feature to provide a personalized experience across sessions. This feature draws on:
Your chat message history with agents.
Preferences you explicitly state during conversations.
Behavioral signals such as usage patterns and feature engagement.
Memory data is tied to your account and is used solely to improve the relevance and continuity of your interactions. You may request deletion of your memory data at any time by contacting us at support@provue.ai.
2.4 Information from Third-Party Integrations
If you use our feature that allows processing of external links (e.g., YouTube), we access the content of those links to generate your audio.
YouTube Data: If you provide YouTube links, our API Client uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
To Provide the Service: Processing your messages, prompts, files, and links to power chat conversations, voice calls, and audio generation.
To Personalize Your Experience: Using memory and behavioral data to maintain context across sessions and tailor interactions to your preferences.
To Maintain Your Library: Storing your generated audios, chat histories, call recordings, and related content in your private account.
To Populate the Featured Section: Displaying selected example audios from our platform to the community (created by Provue, not user-submitted).
To Improve Our Services: Analyzing de-identified usage data to enhance platform performance, features, and content quality.
4. Agents
Provue features a range of agents that users can chat with, call, and create audio content with. Interactions with agents are generated by the platform and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind, including financial, medical, legal, astrological, or psychological guidance.
5. Your Library (Private Content)
All audio generated and stored in your personal "Library" is private to your account by default.
Your Library contains:
Generated audio files
Original prompts you used
Voice, language, and duration selections
Uploaded files or links you provided as context
Only you can access your Library. Other users cannot see your private audios or the parameters used to create them unless you share the audio.
You may delete specific audios from your Library at any time. This permanently removes the audio and associated input files from our active servers.
6. Chat and Call Data
6.1 Chat Messages
Your chat messages with agents are stored on our servers to maintain conversation continuity and power the memory feature. Chat history is private to your account and is not shared with other users.
You may delete individual conversations or your entire chat history at any time.
6.2 Voice Calls
Voice calls are recorded and stored on our servers to ensure user safety, maintain service quality, and resolve disputes. Call recordings and associated metadata (duration, timestamp) are private to your account.
You may request deletion of your call recordings at any time by contacting support@provue.ai.
7. Featured Section and the "Use Prompt" Feature
7.1 Featured Section
The "Featured" section displays example audios curated by Provue to showcase the platform's capabilities. These are not user-submitted; they are audios created by Provue or our authorized partners.
Featured audios are publicly accessible to all Provue users.
When viewing a featured audio, users can see:
The generated audio file
The text prompt used
Voice, language, and duration selections
Any files or links that were used as source material
7.2 The "Use Prompt" Feature (Remixing)
When a user clicks "Use Prompt" on a featured audio, our platform loads the original generation parameters into the creation flow, including:
The original prompt text
Voice, language, and duration selections
Any source material used (uploaded files, YouTube links, article URLs)
This does not expose creator personal information. The "Use Prompt" feature only displays the parameters used to generate that specific audio.
When a user remixes a featured audio using "Use Prompt," they are creating a derivative work based on the original prompt and parameters. Their new audio appears in their own private Library.
Derivative works are private by default. Users cannot publish their remixed versions to the Featured section unless Provue explicitly enables that feature in the future.
7.3 Implications of Viewing and Using Prompts from Featured Content
By clicking "Use Prompt" on featured audio, you acknowledge that:
You are accessing the original prompts and parameters used to generate that audio.
You can modify these parameters to create a new version for your own use.
Your new audio will be stored in your private Library.
You own the derivative work you create, subject to applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Links and Scraped Content
When you paste a YouTube link, article URL, or other external content for Provue to process:
We access that content to extract text, captions, or audio for input to your audio generation.
YouTube API Compliance: If you paste YouTube links, your data is processed in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide us with external links and that the content does not violate third-party terms of service or copyrights.
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Call Recordings and Metadata: Call audio and metadata (duration, timestamps) are retained for as long as your account is active to ensure user safety, maintain service quality, and resolve disputes.
Memory Data: Personalization data derived from your usage is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of memory data separately by contacting support@provue.ai.
Email and Phone: We retain your email address and/or phone number for account recovery and communication purposes.
