Provue ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the audio generation platform available at https://www.provue.ai (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered audio generation tools, including our creation flow, library, and featured community sections.
By using Provue, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Authentication: We use a passwordless login system. We collect your email address to send One-Time Passwords (OTP) for authentication. We do not store passwords.
User Content (Inputs): To generate audio, you may provide:
Text Prompts: Creative descriptions or scripts you type.
Uploaded Files: Documents (PDF, TXT) you upload for context.
Third-Party Links: URLs (e.g., YouTube, News Articles) you paste for the AI to process.
Generated Content (Outputs): The audio files created by our Service based on your inputs.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: Interaction with the "Creation Flow," time spent listening in the "Library," and interactions with the "Featured" section.
Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations
If you use our feature that allows processing of external links (e.g., YouTube), we access the content of those links to generate your audio.
YouTube Data: If you provide YouTube links, our API Client uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
To Provide the Service: Processing your text, files, and links to generate audio files.
To Maintain Your Library: Storing your generated audios in your private history.
To Populate the "Featured" Section: Displaying selected example audios from our platform to the community (created by Provue, not user-submitted).
All audio generated and stored in your personal "Library" is private to your account by default.
Your Library contains:
Generated audio files
Original prompts you used
Style parameters (language, style)
Uploaded files or links you provided as context
Only you can access your Library. Other users cannot see your private audios or the parameters used to create them.
You may delete specific audios from your Library at any time. This permanently removes the audio and associated input files from our active servers.
5.1 Featured Section
The "Featured" section displays example audios curated by Provue to showcase the platform's capabilities. These are not user-submitted; they are audios created by Provue or our authorized partners.
Featured audios are publicly accessible to all Provue users.
When viewing a featured audio, users can see:
The generated audio file
The text prompt used
Style parameters (language, style)
Any files or links that were used as source material
5.2 The "Customize" Feature (Remixing)
When a user clicks "Customize" on a featured audio, our platform loads the original generation parameters into the creation flow, including:
The original prompt text
Style selections (language, style)
Any source material used (uploaded files, YouTube links, article URLs)
This does not expose creator personal information. The "Customize" feature only displays the parameters used to generate that specific audio.
When a user customizes a featured audio, they are creating a derivative work based on the original prompt and parameters. Their new audio appears in their own private "Library."
Derivative works are private by default. Users cannot publish their customized versions to the Featured section unless Provue explicitly enables that feature in the future.
5.3 Implications of Viewing & Customizing Featured Content
By clicking "Customize" on featured audio, you acknowledge that:
You are accessing the original prompts and parameters used to generate that audio.
You can modify these parameters to create a new version for your own use.
Your customized audio will be stored in your private Library.
You own the derivative work you create, subject to applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you paste a YouTube link, article URL, or other external content for Provue to process:
We access that content to extract text, captions, or audio for input to your audio generation.
YouTube API Compliance: If you paste YouTube links, your data is processed in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide us with external links and that the content does not violate third-party terms of service or copyrights.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/GCP), AI inference providers, and email delivery services (for OTPs).
Legal Requirements: If compelled by a subpoena or court order.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
User Content (Prompts, Files, Audio): We retain your generated audios and inputs for as long as your account is active, to allow you to access your Library.
Email Address: We retain your email address for account recovery and communication purposes.
Deletion: Upon account deletion, all audios, prompts, and uploaded files associated with your account are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Manual Deletion: You may delete individual audios from your Library at any time.
Depending on your location (including residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and the EU), you may have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 16.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Encryption of data at rest
Regular security audits and assessments
Access controls and authentication measures
Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover a child has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
