3. Account Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Provue account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Provue app installed:
Open the Provue app and log in to your account
Navigate to Profile → Delete Account
Select "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@provue.ai with the subject line "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST"
Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent
Once you delete your account, there is no way to recover it or any of the data associated with it.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information: Your email address, full name, and profile data
Content and History: All conversations, generated content, and usage history
Uploaded Content: Uploaded files, photos, links, and other inputs you provided
Settings and Preferences: All app settings, personalization data, and user preferences
Important Considerations
Data Retention Requirements
In accordance with legal requirements, we may retain certain data for a limited period after account deletion, including:
Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (7 years)
Communications with support teams for quality assurance
Data required for legal compliance or active disputes
Prerequisites for Deletion
Before deleting your account, please ensure:
Auto top-up, if enabled, is turned off
You understand that any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited
Important data is backed up (we cannot provide data exports)
You understand the permanent nature of this action
Processing Time and Confirmation
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been successfully deleted. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact our support team.
For security purposes, we may require additional verification before processing your deletion request. This may include confirming your identity through email verification or other secure methods.

Pricing
Provue uses a credit-based model. You purchase credits, and credits are used to access paid features.
Credits are purchased in packs and shown in Indian Rupees in the app
Credits you purchase do not expire for as long as your account remains active
You can enable auto top-up to refill credits automatically, and you can turn it off at any time in your settings
